Divination has been used by many cultures going back to the very beginning of time. For as long as there have been humans there have been humans asking the question what will happen next. It is natural for us to want to understand or gain clarity on what is going on and where we might need to make a change. Divination can help us to just that, by asking questions and looking for our natural responses to the answers that are given.
So what does that mean? Think for a moment on a question you might have any question? Now if you were to share that question with someone, you would get a response, and from that response you would have a reaction. Your reaction is actually much more important than the response, because when we are truly listening to a response we have an instinctual need to react, within that reaction you will find your truth.
There are times, when by choice or request during readings or on their own when Salina will be called to channel the wisdom of the divine or our sacred dead for a client. Please book with this understanding as it can happen unexpectedly.

How do I read the cards
for you?
When I read, I do not ask you to share your questions. In fact I don't want to know, what you are looking for information on I wish to draw a clean connection between you and your divine path without fear of influence. Through sitting with the energy that you have I draw from that energy a connection to the universal energy or map. Within this space I interpret the cards or tools reaction to your energy field. I am reading a map that you cannot read because you are to close to see the full frame of the situation.
Many people ask me how often should they read or get their cards done? Well as often as you need, but not too often :) the divine is always happy to hear from you and connect to you. But the divine also wants you to connect with the messages that are being given and offered. This takes time, because it is necessary for you to go back and look at the messages and see how you can implement them into your life. So on your own you could read once a week? Or an oracle card a day for inspiration during meditation of course these are good practices to be in as part of your connection to the divine.
As far as readings from me or any other diviner, I would say New and or Full moons are a great place to start, or on or around the high holidays with the changes in the wheel of the year it is often helpful to connect and see where your at and what guides you are working with. I also offer weekly card forecast readings here on the website to support you if you would rather not read on your own.

Readings are confidential with the exception of the open call as they are on a live podcast. (however only your first name is used to connect with me during the online chat.)
I suggest taking notes during the readings as they often have a significant volume of information shared and many people often find it helpful to go back and look over their messages in their notes after the reading is completed.
Is there a cost for a reading or a divination?
Yes there is a cost for this service, the divine messages come with a give and take response energy. However I have never turned anyone away because of their inability to pay the tithing. So this is how it works with me :).
I request a $50 offering in exchange for the reading or divination.
The money goes to supporting my On-call work as clergy for women who are victims of abuse or rape. I support the tri-state area as Clergy for pagan women who are in trauma. This work is completely free of charge, due to the nature of the work, many shelters cannot afford to have me as support staff but desperately need someone who can support these women during this fragile time in their lives.
It is my honor to support the shelters, and centers. The fee from the readings helps me provide supplies for the women, and covers my transportation costs to get to the women who need support. All payments are made through my PayPal account salinadefleur@gmail.com. I am often asked if you can tip me? Of course and thank you, anything you add above the fifty dollars supports my family and is welcome, but not necessary. I often say "offer what you are inspired to offer but give only what you can" the divine does not want us to be broken in this process.
